5 Reasons We Love Santaquin

Santaquin-dwellers unite! One of our newest neighborhoods is Sunset Trails, located in beautiful Santaquin UT.  A little off the beaten path, but still close to everything you need, why did we choose Santaquin as the site for our newest community? Find out five reasons we love this little town.

1. Small Town Feel

We can’t help but fall in love with the small town feel that Santaquin offers. While the city boasts almost 10,000 residents, you’d never know it by driving down sleepy Main Street or visiting one of the city’s clean, quiet parks.

2. The Rodeo

Santaquin’s annual Orchard Days brings visitors from far and wide, especially when it comes to the yearly rodeo. Voted as one of the best in the state, we have to admit that Santaquin knows how to put on a rodeo… and a summer party!

3. Scenery

Where other towns offer partial views, the beauty of Santaquin is the 360-degree views of the mountains. Nestled just by Mt. Nebo, you can’t help but feel surrounded by nature, even in the newer developments. Orchards, parks and mountains – check!

4. Community

Community programs, events and celebrations make this town one to watch, especially for young families. In fact, the community made headlines this year for banding together and helping to rebuild a veteran’s damaged roof. Who wouldn’t love that kind of community spirit?

5. The Temple

One of the newer features of Santaquin’s best view lots (and those in Sunset Trails)? The new Payson Temple. While technically in Payson, we love that you can see the temple from almost anywhere in Santaquin.
